Responsibilities:
Supervise and Manage day-to-day Rotisserie Operations
Overall in charge of outlet opening activities
Supervise and monitor the activities and performance of outlet crew
Does the inventory and monitor of stocks and supplies of the outlets
Coordinates with HR and agency regarding crew work schedules and assignments
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Management.
Must know how to drive and with valid Driver's License
