Payroll Manager

- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with major in Accounting
- CPA License would be an advantage
- At least 10 years experience handling Payroll
- Experience in managing and handling a team
- Excellent in oral and written communication skills
- Willing to work in Laguna and night shift if required
- Aggressive/strong personality & highly analytical
- Keen to details and well - organized
- Knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Knowledge of Oracle application would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley would be an advantage
- Preferably with Oracle HRIS experience
- Experience with International Payroll processing (USA and EU) and in running US payroll
- Flexibility to work in different shifts.
